The Salem Express is the only wreck of the area. This is a ferry who was carrying pilgrims returning from Mecca. The boat sunk in 1992 during the night.
300 victims perished in one of the greatest marine tragedies of all time. Many divers avoid this site considering it a morbid forbidding place.
The wreck lays on the side, between 5 and 30m deep. You can enter some large places.
Anyway enterring the wreck is stricly forbiden. The Wreck is clasified as maritim Tombe.
It's up to you to decide if you want to dive in cemetery and try before to take your decision to take the place of somebody who lose relative inside.
