 The Rosalie Moller is a sister ship of the famous Thistlegorm. It was bombed and sunk october 7-8, 1941 by a german airplane (Heinkel 111).

Vessel size:
- length: 108m
- width: 16m
- Height: 21m

The dive is fantastic, two mast and a great structure covered in glass fish, groupers and jacks.

Depth: 35m to the deck, 50m at the sea bed. Take care !!

to begin, she isn't the sister ship / support ship / whatever to the thistlegorm. just happened to be in the same area at the same time.
first dived the RM in nov '97. current was running at abt 2kts but soon dropped off on reaching the deck at 30m or so. viz was poor (by red sea standards) at about 10m. this is one of THE dives to do in the red sea. sure, it's deep (by recreational standards) and does actually require a plan to dive her properly. shallowest part was the top of the mast at 17m, deepest is the scour under the rudder at abt 50m. main deck is around 30m, with the engine room being 10-15m deeper. most definately not a dive for the inexperienced or nrvous.
