dove it yesterday
Great little spot, water was super warm, no wetsuit needed, 150ft+ visibility. Lots of coral and tropical fish, not very many of the larger variety. can be crowded but moorings helped keep everyone off each other and most of the boats were snorkeling not diving.

Dived there in 1995. The deep water current between the islands meant it was a COLD dive but the fish were fantastic. We saw a shoal of immature Mantas - maybe 8 or 9 - around 2metres across! Probably the best entry in my whole log!

Great dive! They do have an additional tax (like $2) if you bring a camera. Guide just suggested to put it in my bcd pocket until we were under water, since I had no cash on me. We did see 2 huge lionfish on the dive. Infact I saw at least one lionfish on all 20 or so dives I did in the philippines.
