Espiritu Santo (also named just Santo) is the largest island in the nation of Vanuatu, with a surface area of 3955.5 kmē. It belongs to the archipelago of the New Hebrides in the Pacific region of Melanesia. It is in the Sanma Province of Vanuatu.
Santo is a great destination for all divers with all the best: live coral, wrecks (SS President Coolidge, USS Tucker), fresh water cave diving with sinkholes and caverns...
Dive sites are well protected with calm and warm waters all year round (from 25 to 30° C), and good visibility (from 10m to 40m).
All dive sites can be reached within 15 to 30 minutes of departure from the dive shop by either boat or shore access. |
