nursery cove - as the name implies a great dive site for beginners.Seltered from most winds excluding west.like most dive sites around the knights the fish life is prolific.Alot of wrasses.Patches of sand often concealing large stingrays.forget this spot if you want a realy amazing dive ..go to the northern arch..
