Good, but busy - A nice site, lots of wildlife and beautiful kelp forest. Lots of divers, and some fishermen.

Fantastic for beginners to advanced - Generally Clear Blue water. Lots of Manta ray, sting ray, leopard shark, Eel, and the usual fish. Great night diving for beginners.
Also saw a baby mako in the kelp between Emerald Bay and Howlands Landings. Awesome!
